I am giving it a 4 star because there were no real instructions and what was provided was hard to see and follow. There were a lot of screws left over that may or may not have a place to go. As well, the 4-star is due to the product overview saying even a girl could do it. Had I not done things like this in the past due to the lack of instructions I would have been at a loss. But with that being said, the product is sturdy, quiet, large enough for my obese cat and overall good product.
